Is there really such a phenomenon? Your honour, this couple assured me that the pictures they were taking were only for personal use. ....
What does personal use start and end?

We film for personal use. That means we like to watch the films while we play together. But at no point are our films ever passed around or uploaded anywere, nobody else ever sees them. |

I saw one in the Fcku and Arms , in Cockermouth, right on Booty road.  |
