Then people say we can't because of our jobs !!!!

Yes I would send a face pic to a couple x if they are not prepared to send one due to their jobs I think it's very unlikely they would ever meet anyone in person so obviously just on here to see if they get any attention x yet another time waster I guess x |

I dare say if they don't want to show a face pic it's up the them. It's their profile, their choice but if that limits who will or won't meet them - so be it. Nobody's right or wrong.

I think it shows signs for concern when people can't show face pics. ....I like to think of this as an adult website. ...Unfortunately not everyone on it behaves like adults  |

We only show our faces when we are fairly sure we aren't chatting with a family member, colleague or neighbour. We need to both be satisfied that our privacy and reputation aren't in jeopardy. If that means we get blocked, so be it. |

I prefer not to post pics for personal reasons. It has limited potential meets but I frefer to chat and get to know people and then meet face to face. Each to his. Or her own but I've met some lovely people and formed long term friendships.
In general we are open minded about sex, why not be the same with peoples personal preferences too. |

That really is mental, if he's so paranoid give a false first name? However why so paranoid, okay if your first name is Bamber there's a chance a lot of us know who you are. However Pete, Dave or Mike, there's quite a few in the country.
I don't bother sending photos as I have face photos on my profile, I also give my first name, the genuine one too. Everything I do is perfectly legal and done with consenting adults, I can't see that anyone can use my information to blackmail me.
As an aside some years ago someone did try to blackmail me, the police were fantastic and dealt with the problem in a great manner. The person who was trying it was scared off by them. If you ever do get someone trying shit like that please do contact the police.

We don't look for couples, but as a rule we never ask for a face pic as we think anyone serious would have the good sense to send one after they've seen ours. If they send one that's good, if not we don't go any further. |

If I approach someone first I will always send them my face pic. But if they were to approach me and ASK for one without providing one (not actually happened yet so it's all theory!) I'd be suspicious and probably decline.

We have had problems with this as we only show faces either by Skype or social meet but if people aren't happy with this that's their choice as not sending is ours. However we are definitely not time wasters or fakes as some would believe and may not be super models but not hit with the ugly stick either x |

We both have jobs where we wouldn't really want our employers to know about our swinging. One of us works (customer facing) for the local council, the other for a school.
We won't have public face pics, but have no problem sending face pics to people who we'd like to meet. Our assumption is that others respect our privacy in the same way that we respect theirs. |

I dont send a face pic initially no, it stops me sending a pic of me to some random who i have no connection with and putting my job and tbh the life i live at risk. If people truely want to meet me i will show my profile and then my pic to them. Its their choice |

Each to there own. There are genuine people who don't show face pics. Not everyone feels confident and do worry about their reputation. Most people go by false names so really do you know who your chatting to at the end of the day? |

So do you not share a face picture at all or do you do it at the point of arranging the meet? Personally I want to see who I'm chatting to first as I've no interest in wasting time chatting only to find there's no mutual attraction at the point of arranging the meet and nor would I meet without seeing a face picture |

we will always send a pic if asked IF they will do the same - we explain we have them for friends only etc - a few have said oh yes our private pics have pics of both of us and face pics and when you get there and look they havent - thats a bit annoying |

I get this now and again I wont meet private with anyone I can't see a pic off and thats social first anyway, as i don't want the embarressment of saying there not for me.Alot of us have a job we would all prefer them not knowing.
some wont send as they don't want there pic with fabswingers written on it, of which they prefer to send via whatsapp, kik etc
personnelly I dont do any of those to strangers so its either end of convo or there mysterymen coming to a party, im always clear as not seen them that there may not be an attraction, I send mine so they know what I look like |

We often get asked to send face pictures but usually refuse, mainly because they are all over our profile lol.
If we get the "I can't send one because of my/our job" crap then we are not going to meet them simple as. Though I really don't understand why someone would think they could get a blind date in the first place. |

We'll chat with couples up to a point without but then if not prepared to exchange face pics it isn't going anywhere. Single guys go straight in the bin if they don't send a face pic with first message as requested on our profile. |

Unless they're David Cameron (and lets face it who would want to meet that spam faced prick?) then their reason is bs. Plus i won't meet anyone i haven't spoken to on webcam first so if they won't show a pic, they're never coming on cam. |

I clearly state on my profile no pic no reply. No clear face pic on profile or with first message gets a block from me. I can't be bothered with people who don't like sending pics. I don't want side shots I don't want ones of you 20 miles away from the camera I even want ones of you with appalling lighting. Just a goid face pic. And it's not just employers, but also children who have subsequently grown up, but who may still have younger siblings. Could you imagine the hassle once your pics spread round the school.
The truth is there are always people who try to collect pics to set up fake profiles elsewhere. The trouble with the internet is that once a pic is shared, you lose control of it forever. For these reasons we will only very rarely share a face pic, and never with someone we haven't built some degree of trust with.
If people can't accept that, we're cool with that, and simply move on... |

We will not send face pics, unless we are definitely going to meet. I see no point in sending a face pic just to chat to someone. Our veri's show we are genuine and not time wasters. I'm defo not sending our face pic to everyone, who just sparks up a conversation on here!! |

yes we get this fairly often. Were taking a little break at the moment, but when we are meeting all our pics are public including faces and we both a have fairly important jobs, where you could argue that being recognised would perhaps cause trouble, however we are entitled to a private life outside of work and swinging is how we enjoy it, if people we work with dont like it thats their issue, so dont really see "we cant send pics coz of our jobs" being a good enough excuse |

Apparently they do as I constantly get messages from a guy who's been verified but has no face picture as I have asked several times, and he isn't the only one including a guy one day registered who expected me to meet him but only had cock picture, thought what he could do in bed was enough and got really snotty when I said I would wait until he had a face picture  |

As much as we can agree with what you've said, there are other things to add to the equation!
My partner is a teacher, and has been for 20+ years.
She also gets chatted up by the children's fathers fairly often, proving they're obviously not to concerned about playing around, so there is a possibility the odd one or two might be on fab.
And while having sex with strangers isn't illegal, when teaching in a small village school, if that got out, it's not just about the job, it's also to do with the fact we have adult children, who would also find out!
Having said that, once we are comfortable with someone, we will send face pictures. But also prefer to go on cam with them both as a couple.
Problem with sending face pictures are they can be screenshot and saved easily.
Cam to cam isn't so easy to do that.
But again everyone is different and has their own reasons why they will or won't send them. |

I always share face pic as they are open for anyone to see as when chatting to someone its always nicer to put a face to the words instead of just a body. And find it much nicer to see someones face I just find it easier to interact with them |

We are happy to send once we get to know people. We know people who have had trouble caused in the past so N is a little apprehensive about it due to her job. If they wanted face pics of me, that's fine, but until we get to know people then N wouldn't feel ready as she works with kids. In some instances, N is happy once she sees others face pics and doesn't know them.
Though we wouldn't expect a meet until we had exchanged face pics anyway. |

We agree with this, we had a first message from a couple asking can we have a face pic, when we said not until we have talked and might meet, their reply was if we send ours will you send yours,.... still no until we might meet, we don't send it out willy nilly, people are all to quick to judge that you are then fake and block you, our veris show we are genuine.. (just a bit careful) |

I generally don't buy the whole "protecting my job" BS unless you work as a teacher or some other protected profession, it really isn't relevant. |

We don't send out face pics very often. We will if it looks like a meet is likely.
We mainly use fab to keep in contact with friends we have made at the club.

What many of you don't realise is that nearly every employment contract has a clause in it re embarrassing your employer or damaging the employers image or reputation...
I fell foul of something similar many years ago. I started work signed my contract. In it was a clause stating that I would abide by company rules. I read the rule sheet I was handed. A year later I had an argument with the manager and pointed out that what he was accusing me of wasn't in the rules....
Out comes the company rule book... It was about 18 inches by 18 inches and 12 inches thick.... He stated that this was the rule book and that I had agreed to follow the rules...
So be careful you may not be as safe as you think...
Don't forget once you have sent that picture you have no control, just look at how many pics are stolen from here and can be found by googling something like " cock whore". Do you want to be rembered for ever like that? |

If we struggled to get a meet we might be pushed to accept a no face rule with photos.
However we are not so all things being equal we will always go with the people who are happy to send a face photo. |

What many fail to realise is that no employer can legally dismiss you for what you do in your private life unless they can show a direct link between your private and work lives.
Not saying that they may not find some bullshit excuse to sack you anyway, but being on Fab would not be grounds for dismissal in the majority of cases.
personally we are happy to show our faces. If we weren't we would say so, not make excuses. |
