i know, i was gutted ! I used to.own a bar abroad so it was ok....then i returned to the UK and needed work and.the pub i.worked in.didn't allow visible jewelry. 12 ear piercings lost only the tunnel survived. Then i had to remove the nipple bars coz they were.just giving constant jip,.the.same way.my.earbow bar had done before i.took that out a.few.years.back. So yep, only tunnel, tongue bar and 4 intimate rings remain.x |

To be fair I got my first tattoo at 15 so 9 in 15 years isn't that many! Got my first 'additional' piercing at 12 (other than the standard 1 hole in the ear) do so adore being tattooed though and I haven't had a new one in over a year, so it's about time I got myself booked in! |

I have one so I'm not heavily tattooed lol got it done for my birthday last year and adding to it this year. It's on my thigh so not many get to see it anyway.
It's one I designed myself, I luv it and don't really care what others think |

I think I could get a bit obsessed them if I had the right job!! I've got a few small ones but it wouldn't do to have any big pieces, I love piercings too but again in my job there's a very high risk they'll get pulled out!! Bluegh!! |

I like a few good tattoos on a lady, not a full sleeve type, just the small sexy well done ones.
They are nice to see and even better to trace around with your tongue, especially if they are placed near to where that lady gets turned on most. |

We have one between us....its not a case of dont like as some are positively enhancing on people where others are just badly blotched ink stains,we just cant understand the fascination of something thats been around for years and the need for those that have them to carp on about them as if they were something special...its trendier these days to not have one

Oh here we go..... It's so annoying reading how negative some people are about them. First of all i got a lot of ink.... Do I care what people think of my tattoos... NOPE.
If people get bored of reading forum posts on here about tattooed guys then don't open them. If someone turned me down because of my ink then I'd think F U and move onto the next.

I love tattoos and I love mine, have a near fullback piece and upper arm . you wouldn't know it at work though as I keep them covered to keep my job. Totally addictive. I love to see a guy with sleeves....Ooosh gets me going |

Loving the response here, my ex husband does not like tattoos on woman atol but he has a few. Over the 6 years we have been apart I have tattoos around my forearms and a few on my back. Working on filling my right arm into a sleeve in dec. I would have many many more if it wasn't so expensive. So I'm a work in progress. I designed all my tattoos myself so each on is personal.
I prefer a nice artistic tattoo covering a large area, a collection covering an area or just big and bold to the very small cliche quotes and designs just dotted about.

I did that same blunder with my 1st tattoo, I wanted tattoos so bad but my ex husband protested saying he finds tattoos on woman unattractive. So the internal fight in me was between what I wanted and the insecurity of feeling unattractive to my husband. I eventually rebelled and got one that was hidden he could tolerate. It was much later I found out it was known as the tramp stamp.
Mind you there's was a lot of things my husband found unattractive in woman. Swearing, having a sense of humour, liking metal music and dressing Rock/grunge style. Basically everything I am. So that explains the ex
6 years later and I'm tattooed like boss.
Well not suicide girl heavy but I'm working on it. It's expensive art ???? |

Nothing wrong with being 'unusual' it's everyone's uniqueness on here that makes it such a fascinating place.
And definitely not out of place.
As long as you are enjoying what you like to do, then that's all that matters.
Create your own space full of people who make you feel part of that space (whatever that is)
And don't worry about everyone else.

Depends on the tattoos for me. Not too keen on the old tramp stamp, barbed wire/ tribal pattern or thigh pieces, but chest, shoulders and sleeves look awesome on the people that can carry them off! I think Isobel Varley went a bit overboard.  |

I got 2 half sleeves. Back piece and both calf's done. Love the pain of them myself and thing women with tattoos and the whole suicide girl/ punk goth thing to be really hot. Give me a girl with tattoos and multi coloured hair and I'm a very happy man lol |
