No I don't mean profiles involving poo
But I hate receiving one line messages from women with rubbish profiles, you know just an out of focus avatar photo and one line profile. If there's a verification it's just one normally hidden.Abd that's if we are lucky...
How and why should I respond to "got any face pics".. I'm not desperate

There are thousands of men to choose from, i dont think it is because they cant be arsed.
If Joe bloggs message comes through better that is where they will go.

I have the same complaint about men!
Maybe they are just nervous about being here? Or they can't be arsed? Or perhaps they are photographically illiterate and dyslexic? |

Nice to read some replies from decent profiles. Yes I could just be flattered or use the block button but I normally like to tease out a response even if it ends me being blocked. Hopefully the culprits might realise that the verif system if used properly will keep the site active with people who meet  |

I'm not sure if these are actually from fakes, I always assumed they were but now Im putting down to * laziness / ignorance / stupidity *delete as appropriate.
A well worded introduction can be the best indicator that a meet to remember is on the cards.. |

You could block single women from messaging you and do the searching yourself? Or block those who are unverified or have no public pics? |

As annoying as it is there are plenty men here who have the same. I've even had messages from people who's profile consisted of the work 'sex' and that was it!!
How do people think it's going to get them a response? |

Though I think that is the minority, (maybe??) I really struggle up here as most men have 'here for fun' and no pics, and they wonder why they get ignored?

My favourite is the random 'how's u' message received from a profike with a silhouette avatar and 'will fill in later' profile (invariably they've been on here for months). Or 'ask me if you want to find out more' when more would mean you have some actual info to start with. |

I don't really look at ladies' profiles but I'm surprised there are such sketchy ones. If I saw a fella's profile like that I just wouldn't bother with them. Fakes I'd say tbh. |

We get loads of crap messages from guys tbh most guys are just trying there luck and can't really be bothered to put the effort in I am suprised that women are the same but obviously that's the case unless like someone said they are fakes ( there's lots of them on here ) unfortuanatly  |

He lies! Apparently, due to complex coding deep within the fab server, it is carefully set up for the following:
Single women are blocked from sending messages to men until they send one.
Single guys cannot view profile texts, we just see a blank page.
Also when we add someone to our hotlist, fab automatically sends a friend request to them.

I agree! I often just have a single full stop as my profile and I still get mail. In fact I get more mail with the dot than my current tripe.
Some people will mail anything. No matter how crap or fake looking. |

OP count yourself lucky you had one line to read, i looked at a new female members profile yesterday and it only had a line of dots..............
Maybe it was morse code but i could'nt be arsed to check for a translation. |

Usually - and I'm sure there's some exceptions e.g. people who are just here for the forums - if there's no avatar, maybe one rubbish pic, no text, one veri from ages ago and no photo verification...
Yep...they're most likely fake. Or if they're lazy and stupid, and that's not very appealing either.
There are a lot of male profiles like this too who are 'real' just a bit shit - but I can't see many actual women wanting to do the fancy a fuck bit with no effort whatsoever in the same way.
Funnily enough I've seen a few of these when I look at some men's verifications... |

OP here, well guess what after posting this thread I have had more than my usual share of similar messages including 2 from 18 year olds with mirror selfie pics looking so hot... If only they weren't from ugly fat loser male trolls I could get excited...
That said I have also had some additional real interest too

My profile is definitely not a one liner (probably far toooo long), my pics might be a little bit unfocussed but I struggle to take appropriate selfies without some degree of shaky hand syndrome.
My problem is that I can't seem to find a way of putting across my message without writing War & Peace ... see!

I can be a tad short with my messages, mostly because I am distracted with work...Trying to multi task doesn't always work for me....I must try harder!

A poor profile won't stop them getting hundreds of messages but it's likely to increase the percentage of messages from guys they don't want to hear from. Either way, don't worry. If you don't like it, move on. Simples! |
