We've met a couple of guys over the years who were recommended by people we'd met and enjoyed fun with. Sadly both were disappointing.
Have you ever met people on the recommendations of others, and what were the results? |

The problem with veris is that a) whose going to write a bad one? and b) they can be so easily faked there is no point in them.
I don't want one, and wouldn't publish one.
As has been said, make your own mind up.  |

People have mentioned someone they found nice etc but I would never specifically meet someone because a friend had, I would make my own mind up on that person. |

I've been recommended by others in the local scene. Basically people just confirming I'm a 'good guy' which has been nice
I have also had others recommended to me too.
But, yes, ultimately you decide yourself as it's all part of the bigger picture, but it can help too. |
