Having read the council and police reports on the Hogs Back that are attached to your link.....is it any wonder?
Quite why the public are expected to put up with guys walking around a public lay by with their cocks out in broad daylight escapes me...

To be honest, thank God.
We stopped off there a few months back on a family day out with our 13 yr old daughter. The whole place was littered with condoms, wipes and other crap.
As we walked back to the car park we were sure we were followed by two guys and almost every pair of eyes from around 8 cars were upon us.
Had we known, we'd have gone alone!!!! (joke). We were very embarrased.  |
