Under UK law you have to be a paying member to enter any "private members club" of course not all clubs abide by the law but you generally find that most clubs have a nominal membership fee for couples and single females (£6 for life at Chameleons) and a much higher membership fee for single guys.
I have never been to Partners but know it to be a well run club therefore would expect them to follow the laws and charge membership fees.
Some clubs also have a waiting list for new single male memberships so as said by others it would be advisable to get the telephone number from the clubs website (found in the CLUBS section of this site) and telephone them to check before you go. |

If it's not a private members club then the 'rules' won't apply - I know of several swingers clubs that do not apply a membership fee of any kind! We go to Partners a lot and it is a very good and well run club so I think a quick call would clarify things for the OP! Z |
