Just had a mail from someone telling me ive left my dress at his house and how hes been trying to trace me but couldnt as hes changed his profile lol

well I was thinking that when I ready, you'd certainly feel the breeze
maybe he's hoping you would just find his remark charming (yeah right) and spark off a conversation in hope that you would indeed, end up leaving your dress at his. |

I would personally say that is kinda scary and possibly classed as "phishing" and a scam to obtain an address, I would report this message and see what Admin think. |

lol really? I thought it was just a really bad chat-up line, unless of corse he'd asked for her home address, to send this "imaginary" dress back to her. |

I thought it was a load of cheese too,It would have made me laugh more than think it was something suspicious

Of course it sounds like a cheesy chat up line, but for single females especially and for all people a policy of care should never be dismissed, which is why I suggested reporting it to admin, who have the benefit of being able to see his whole profile and history, perhaps he has verifications, perhaps he has been a member for a long time, with such information a more informed decision can be made, but better to be carefull I say. |

Well said Stokies, we full agree with you. When I read the forums I come across loads of comments (and some from people on this post ) about how careful they are and how discretion is important. Really can't understand why some have dismissed it as just a chat up line!
