Why would the site post pics when there's more than enough porn star/escorts regularly topping the most fabbed list? 
No reason they can't have profiles of course - assuming they're meeting to swing rather than touting for business - but these one or two that only seem to meet at 'parties' (fee charging) and a simple google shows their rates for meeting at said parties.
But I'm 100% sure fab admin don't set up fake profiles to lure in membership. What's the point when it's free to join and view profiles?
