Some do differ.... Though think it's between brands .... Never seen small medium and large gags!

Thanks for that. We bought one online but its the size of a tennis ball lol!! Not sexy at all. Any advice would be welcomed x

The small ball from this set is about as small as you will get from non custom retailers.

You can get small 1 inch diameter sponge balls as cat toys and thread rope, ribbon or bungee cord through it to make your own. Choice of colours and they are very comfortable in small mouths

Depends on what you want it for! Ours is kinda golf ball size but Of course you can use other types of gag
