Anything negative really.
Feel sorry for me statuses - yuck
Odd isn't it how the ones that post the 'thinking of deleting' status are still here months later.
And lets be honest, if they were really going to leave, why the need to shout it out - just go.

The ones that annoy the fuck out of me (and i've said this before) are the ones who update their status with the saying 'now owned by [fill in the blanks]'.
I know it's their profile and they can write whatever the hell they want. I'm not too fussed about it wither. But when they keep getting owned left, right and centre by someone new every other day...there has to be something cringeworthy going on there or i've got the wrong idea of all this 'owning' facade.

From a large hotlist at this end I've come to the conclusion many many profiles are just here for attention for whatever reason.
Via the profile status message update some people are updating on the hour every hours with the latest install from their existence, begging for their pics to be fabbed, ranting about whatever comes to the forefront of their mind.
Saying that its a good for showing the mind problems & issues behind some profiles.
Better than discovering when it's too late so inadvertently handy

I get loads of messages about my status updates, because they are different or funny
It's a good introduction to yourself I find, as people see that u think outside of the box, instead of putting anyone want to meet, etc |

"My pics been rejected - it's not fair!" - simple. Rule breach. Deal with it.
"Xxxxxx is a fake/abusive/timewaster" - to you maybe. We probably don't care. Report and move on.
"Does anyone actually meet?" - yes. They do.
"What do I/we have to do to get noticed?" - stopping whining like a 5 year old would probably be a good start.
"Sent a face pic. Deleted and blocked." - suck it up buttercup. You're not their type.
And don't get me started on the "ooh - fantastic shag last night. Hands off bitches!" ones!

Updates keeping everyone in check on how someone's day is going always make me laugh. Update after breakfast, update towards dinner, then an update summary of how the days gone since breakfast, then a mid afternoon update moving onto a teatime update to say how amazing or how shit the day has been. Depending on the type of day it usually leads onto an evening of jovial or angry rants about time wasters, single guys or how they are considering leaving the site. They never seem to update us on how their appointment with the psychiatrist went though |

I saw a great one recently, nearly spat my drink out over the screen, something along the lines of; If your profile is more than 3 paragraphs, not only do I not want to meet you, you're mentally unstable!! I knew deep down I was a bit odd lol. I constantly block local people for boring, rude, abusive or negative status updates in my local feed. |

We like using the status update, usually to share our dirty thoughts or let fab know what we getting upto and yeah I admit we enjoy any attention we get as a result haha

I do like one guy on my local feed. They always start up beat and go downhill throughout the day. Starting with a looking to meet today status, then a few hours later, is no one around to meet? later still, So no woman wants my cock now? Even later, you're all a waste of skin, time wasters lol |

How about this?
Not technically a status, but I have seen a single female profile with the title 'I dont think this is for me anymore....I'm wasting my time!!'
She's had that title for weeks now.
It's one thing posting a 'i'm leaving' status, but they automatically get cleared after a few days.
Obviously this is attention seeking, but it just makes me chuckle every time I see it, because it makes me think 'Perhaps you're being too fussy and maybe need to consider re-aligning your expectations'
The profile itself has 3 friend only images and no public pics, and as for the avatar, well, I wonder why she bothered.
Just having a glance through her profile text, and Ok, not meeting anymore, fair enough, but has the classic line 'I only reply to messages with face pics attached'
Why is it predominantly those without pictures on their profiles that insist on this? lol |
