What is it with guys, they can't all be keyboard wankers?? Trying to organise 4 or 5 guys is quite easy, you just ask and they say they will turn up, the reality is however that one in five if you are lucky will actually show up to the event......
So any fit straight guys who will actually turn up to a gangbang in the PE postcode on a monday night in October are welcome to get in touch.......  |

I have always turned up when I said I would. But I think the turnout at the first gangbang I attended was about 1 in 3. I understand getting cold feet, but usually the invites are at fairly short notice so you'd think people would turn up. Rude not to! |

It can be difficult to set one up. Maybe your best bet is to find an existing gangbang group to help out-at least the guys would know each other and be used to performing in front of other guys (not always easy!). |

I think if you invite the right guys you will be fine. Lee hosted one for a lady. She wanted 12 we got 13 as has invited 15...

I hold gangbangs and at most of them you get guys dropping out ive had guys mail me on the morning of the gb to say they been called into work and cant make it the best one i had was off a guy who mailed me to say he forgot he was going on holiday and would,nt be able to make it |

We tried to get 4 guys for Emily a few weeks ago. 4 said yes, three then dropped out. Found another so settled for a threesome. 1 of those no showed. The one who did turn up stayed half an hour chatting while we tried to find another guy to join us then out of the blue said he was uncomfortable and almost ran out of the door. Finally got two guys to come later on so Emily had a mmf. But it was a little awkward as the guys didnt know each other or even have time to say hi before we started because it was getting late. In our experience, only about 30% of those who say they'll attend actually show up. |

As what M said above invite triple the amount you actually want!
Also look at veri's to see any mention of attending them before.
Going to a club is another option as we've had success that way too. |

That said be realistic in who you are trying to attract I've not looked at the OPs profile so please don't take this comment personally but occasionally there's a huge mid-match in the attractiveness in the fem offered to type of guys required.
Also make it fun and like any meet on Fab try to build some rapport, it's such a turn-off being treated as a number...
That said guys who might reading follow the rules:

We have tried to arrange a few gangbangs for Bev and stragely enough we are not going to blame guys as the fault lays with us.
We only want weekend morning as its only time we can cam Dave doesnt want to be present just watch live.
We are very fussy and like to choose guys individually. We dont want loads guys who we havn"t checked out turning up.
So with all this its no wonder weve had little success but not complaining and if it works out one day then great |

I have been to gangbangs on several occasions. Even helped organise a couple. The most successful 8 guys turned up, including myself, although 3-4 couldn't get an erection again after a bj, so left the lady disappointed. Worth remembering!
But for the majority out of 10 invited only 1 or 2 turn up.
I think a lot of guys like the idea, but then anxieties set in, possibly size and performance. A lot are just dreamers, too. |

Its bloody hard to get guys to turn up for anything these days lol, I've shot some really horny women who have had to make do with a couple of guys because the others couldn't be bothered to turn up or let me know.

Just a thought that after looking at profiles of the "let down ladies" they do seem to exclude us older guys.
My point is that I know I am far less self conscious now than I was in my 30s and 40s.
A fit oldie should be a more reliable team player.

Cant deny that we have only ever had one couple show up. 2 couples no showed and many more added uscas friends and kept putting meets off and declining invites till we got fed up and deleted them. But I can happily say we never have and never will waste anyones time. If we arrange a meet with somebody we will be sat there waiting for them  |

Well you have all made me feel a bit better, thought it might be me but reading some of the above including invite 17 and no shows......
Usually have managed to get 1 show up (only once tried to get 5 and 2 showed up), so not doing too bad by the sounds of it.
I think theres a lot of dreamers and wannabees, also a lot maybe get cold feet or their missus changes their plans for them.
it would be great to have a "report a no-show" system but unfortunately it would be open to abuse.
The interesting thing (as a previous poster pointed out) veris can often mean little as we have been surprised when someone with no veris shows up, another with a fair few drops out.

For a lot of guys the fantasy of being involved in a gang-bang is just that. When they get a chance to make it a reality they get nervous. I think the general rule is if you want 5 guys invite 10. If you want 10 guys invite 20 etc. |
