ok with anal sex in the forum i thought i would ask how you all prepare for it from a hygiene point , as i wash out but then soon get messy which is yuk , so douch or shower head |

In the porn industry they, ahham, they use a douch which is for want of a better description a bottle with a narrow hose which is, inserted, water squirted in which washs anything in there, out. Strange but true.  |

why is it strange .i would guess thats an obvious way to get clean ??? i have a firend who uses the shower hose DIY method ...works for him !!!  |

Careful with that one. I've heard some nasty stories about that going wrong/ too much pressure going up the wrong way and causing rupturing. Guess you dont do it with a modern shower.... |

You should also be careful of the temperature, there's no way of sensing how hot water is internally. I have a few books on the subject, and I used to have a very interesting porn film by Tristin Taomino produced by John Stagliano aka Buttman, kind've an educational porn film |

there shouldnt be anything in there to make a mess unless you need the loo
I love anal and i never 'get ready' for it and ive naver made a mess, to try and be polite as possible but the only time poo in is your anal passage is if you need to go, if you dont need to go its clear |

i find the best way is to use the shower without the head with luke warm water..you start to feel full up then the water starts to over flow...lol...you soon finish up spotless inside...lol..ready for fun.. |

That's about right. You can also buy a 'bullet' shaped attachment with pinholes all around the circumference. As for a build up pressure and blowing your eyeballs out or your innards out of your nose, unless your using a firemans hose [Ooer missus] you should be okay. You feel full up and then....well nature takes it's course and you end up with a squeaky clean poop chute and the job [or is it jobbie lol] is a good 'un.
