Our neighbour has just discovered his wife was cheating on him, now me and my wife sort of figured something was going on and now feel kind of guilty to the poor bloke for not saying anything sooner, but how on earth do you say something, poor lad is in bits an was round at our last night having a drink with us and crying |

never a good idea to get involved in someone else's marital issues it's no one else's business apart form theirs.
be supportive if need be but don't get drawn into any slagging her off or did you know conversations. |

If you wasn't 100% sure then you were right to keep stum.
When I told my mate on three separate occasions that I had seen his girlfriend at the time with other blokes. He wasn't interested and didn't believe me, it turned out I was correct and she was cheating on him but I was still glad I listened to reason from other people and told him first instead of chinning the lad and dragging them to his house to explain.
It is a difficult one but sometimes it is best to stay out of it until completely sure but their is no way off knowing whether or not they will think you are making it up, whether they believe you etc.

It makes you wonder if he was ignoring facts if you had noticed though I wouldn't tell him you know he may get angry for you not saying. |
