Answering the OP, not specifically through this kind of thread but I did through a thread. And I've started dialogue with a few other profiles.

No, but face pic Friday has lead to is chatting to some lovely people and if we could meet more readily I think it would have.
Every time we post on the kiss/fuck threads we get ignored anyway. Lol.

We have met people from the forums not specifically from the type of thread mentioned. A bit of banter and intelligence goes a long way in regards to ticking my box ( no pun intended).

I always skip them threads, but face pic threads has led to some in depth convo's hopefully leading to a meet.
In fact have had more luck through forums than any other way.
