It comes and goes, but when it s on it kills me. I'm a keen cyclist and it didn't used to affect me on the bike but during last Months Manchester to Blackpool it crippled me. I still finished but was in pain for the last 30 miles |

Go and see an Osteopath. They'll get to the root of the pain and put you back into alignment. You could have a vertebrae that has shifted and is pinching a nerve. |
