As far as I can tell there is no equivalent phrase for "blow-job" with respect to women. Eating pussy and oral sex are just descriptive.
That raises a few questions:
Why isn't there?
Is one necessary?
What could it be?
Why is a blow job called what it is???? |

As passionflower points out, it's derived from "below job" which was a term used by the Victorian era East End of London prostitutes.
