Not meeting gold and silver members

As a single guy I'm fairly used to rejection. It comes as part and parcel of life here on fab. I have no problem with that and find that you get out what you put in, in terms of success in getting meets.

I did approach a lady reacently her response was almost imidiate. It was polite and friendly but she stated she wasn't interested in me as she didn't meet gold and silver members.

I'm curious as to why this should be when I asked she didn't reply (not that I expected her too)

Are there any other people that don't meet gold and silver members or was she as I suspect just letting me down gently.

That's just plain weird. A member who was Silver or Gold would indicate they are more genuine in our eyes.

Like I said I thought she was just lettin me down gently.

Quite a few guys have put a similar thread up. Not sure if its the same woman doing the rejecting.

sometimes rejection can hurt and some single males they get rejected get a bit abusive when you say no thanks and ask for reasons...

i tend to have in my profile that if i'm not interested i wont reply. IF they dont read my profile then thats not my problem

but i never give reasons why i say no even in a club etc

I'm pretty sure she was a real woman, I'm not havin a moan about her just thought it was an interesting point for discussion.

sounds like an excuse to me, can't think of any reason why you would single g/s members out.

As you guessed it was probably to let you down gently. A guy we met said that some women told him he looked too much like their brother and others that he was so nice they felt they would get too attached as a way of saying no nicely.

I always look dopey when I smile honey so tend not to in photos. I'm not miserable in real life I promise

It actually could be a confidence issue..maybe she felt like you wouldn't enjoy it with her as much due to lack of her lack of experience

Possibly, but from a mans perspective ladies technique and experience is less important than sauciness and an enjoyment of being naughty.

Might be a controversial statement that.

Not criticising you, I wasn't one for years then thought 'it's a good site and the benefits you get with silver are great for me.' I certainly wouldn't spend more money on other sites, especially one's where I'm lifetime member but suddenly more and more things are 'extras.'

Well that's just a bizarre excuse, you may be right that they where just letting you down gently or like another poster said if it s new profile it could possibly be a fake account.
