As silly as this sounds - stretching it works. Making sure you pull the foreskin back when hard will help.

It's called para-phymosis. More common than you think.

Don't let it get worse - it may rip.

I got the same doc said try pulling it back more often will help so that's my excuse for a extra wank a day. Hehe
