Why on earth bother? Travelodge do a room for 19 quid on their special deals, just check the website for hotel closest to you. There is no obgligation to stay overnight. If you want to use the room and then leave its entirely up to you, no questions asked. They have a key drop in the reception desk, leave your key card there and walk out. You have already paid for the room before you arrive (online booking) So book in at 2pm and drop the key off when you are ready to leave.
Most travelodge staff know whats happening and are not bothered in the slightest. Travelodge themselves acknowledged their business has flourished in recent years entirely down to the number of swingers making contact via the internet and wanting someplace to meet. |

You can get room access in Etap hotels from noon, and you can pay an additional £10 for access from noon at Travellodges.
In my experience, the cheap Travellodge deals are a wee bit of a con, unless you can make arrangements weeks or even months in advance. |
