Have a chat with any local venues and see if they'd be interested in hosting an event that you organise.
There are one or two forumites who regularly arrange socials and events. Perhaps they'll offer ideas up. |

Some clubs hold these nights already - however I've yet to see one that actually bars those over the age bracket from attending. From a club point of view it would be business suicide to exclude existing members. So short of sourcing a venue yourselves it will be a hard task to persuade a club to restrict entrance due to age.
However - with the right communications and enough notice it would be possible to try and generate interest in your target audience, either through messaging people yourselves or - as many do - starting a forum thread in the clubs or events section.
The downside is that if your event is to be held in a club then the fact your are boosting the numbers of younger attendees may encourage older swingers looking for younger playmates to attend - hence why the under 40/35 events currently running never seem to be dominated by that age group.
There's no easy solution I'm afraid. Even if sourcing your own venue you'll have a hard slog managing guest lists, deciding how strict you are re ages of couples where one falls outside the parameters, getting payment (if there is a cost to attend) and all the usual logistics of hosting an event.
If you pull it off - you'll have a great time though!
Good luck!

"Yeah good point although do have a few ideas on venues thinking more a penthouse in town"
A couple of years ago I got a very good deal on a lovely one from late rooms dot com, it was in the 'Green Quarter.' Better known to Mancunians as the bottom end of Cheetham Hill opposite the MEN, (or whatever it's called these days. Secure parking with some visitors spaces too. |

With a small private party you'll have no problems. You just have to decide if you're asking for contributions towards the venue - but if you do - don't make it appear as if you're looking to turn a profit.
Just decide how many couples you want, divide the venue cost by that number - and away you go. I'd recommend just asking folk to bring a bottle - nibbles aren't essential.
Just be aware that you may get no shoes and end up paying their share yourself - but plan it right, involve potential attendees early enough so they can commit and make childcare arrangements etc, and it should all go 'swingingly' !!
