Does anyone have an advice on the scene in New York?

We will be visiting the city next week and wanted to play but so far Google hasn't brought up any sites like this one

Fab USA for starters, on your account page change the location at the top of the screen to USA, then browse ads by state and area

We tried changing the country in the drop down list but it either changes straight back when the change button is pressed or does nothing at all???
