Research lots. Invest in a good quality kit-surgical steel. Start off very small. Don't increase size too quickly. If you feel any resistance, do not force it. Keep them sterile or risk a nasty infection.

Don't be tempted to buy cheap imported rods. Chances are they are just coated. Make sure the rods you use are 100% stainless steel.
Make sure the person you are letting loose with them knows what they are doing.

It's another way of increasing sensitivity (but with sounding, it's internal so the result is very different) so when you come, for some it does feel more intense. Some people prefer to have someone else do it for them as they like the feeling of being controlled.

I got some 316 stainless steel and turned one up and then hand blended it with smooth contours and four diameters and polished it to a mirror finish. We sometimes play with it.
The smallest size is nice for playing and has an intensifying effect.
The next is tight and the wife teases with it.
The next too big at the moment. |

In and out. Blood pressure around the uretha ejects them if not held in so the missus has one hand on the sounding rod and one hand around the outside. It can be very intense. It must remain sterile so any contamination results in abandoning it until it is cleaned for the next time. |

Good point. It must come out before you cum. I did make a hollow one for this very reason but it was difficult to clean so never get used.
