im curious to find out others opions on this: is there a cut off age for swingers to hang up there condoms and bow out gracefully. or do we keep going till we expire on meets. whats the shelf life of a swinger, best before date |

As I, male, am 8 years older than A, We suspect it will be when I cant get it up anymore.
Seriously though, I cant see us carrying on into our retirement, but if we,re still having fun, who knows. I suspect for most people it will be when they stop having fun. |

Seriously though, you may be right. There is a time when you probably won't be able to meet the sort of people you have a preference for and unless you "move the goalposts" that would be that!
And we have noticed that once Mr reached 50, the mails slowed to a trickle and now I am 52 and Innuendo is 50!... "What? This site has mail???" lol. Still, we don't let it worry us as we get to clubs and naughty holidays. 
Actually, that is a good question... Why is age so important on a site like this, but at a club the same people don't seem to care? We have actually played with a couple at a club and when we looked at their profile, it said "definately no one over 45"  |

I met a couple and the people they were playing were all a fair bit oder than me so guessing in the 50s plus more.
They were clearly still enjoying it so carry on with it.
If you wondering if there is a time to stop then maybe its when you start asking if there is a time to stop. |

bloody hell we're in our 50's and enjoying life more than ever ....... not hanging anything up yet, not even the condoms! do get funny looks when you ask for condoms at the GUM clinic though, well when you ask for more than one packet anyway  |

I don't think there is any specific age when you should give up. Provided you are honest with yourself what you can still enjoy, and honest with those you meet, why should your age make any difference?
There are plenty of people out there who like older people for fun (I would never limit myself by the age of the person)... |

i would of thought it would be up to each person to make there own mind up.not everybody will want to go on till they can not get interested anymore.its an individual choice i suppose. |

Id agree with that one, age has nothing to do with it. Ive a 60 yr old (59 when i met him at xmas) that last friday came 10 times, he's rock hard no sooner has he come, on the other hand a 52 yr old who came once then struggled and had to admit defeat on his 2nd attempt.
On another note, im 49 and have started gushing, never done it before, like niagara falls  |

One of our first full swaps several years ago was with a couple in their mid 60s. They looked a lot younger and the woman was slim and extremely dirty, more exciting for G than many women 20 years younger!
