less specific as possible.... if there are certain "red flags" don't point them out... because rather than changing them for the better people tend to hide them and deception by omission is far worse for me....
anything more than the answer "basic common sense" is needed, then maybe they wont get swinging.... |

That's because there's no need to, it's like groundhog day on here sometimes! My tip to the tippers would be, Only give advice to people that live more than 100 miles away and leave all the dafties in your area clueless, thus to making your self look a little better  |

Or maybe it won't get buried until it gets closed for being too big 
I must now also put a disclamer:
This thread is very much a tongue in cheek thread, no not my tongue is someone elses cheek or someone elses tongue in my cheek, just my tongue firmly in my cheek
