I would like to start a thread to help abbreviations!

So to start with can someone help with

AMP =

Amp=ampersand which is the and sign &&&

AMP comes up if you use the & symbol, the & is an ampersand (abbreviation for and) and using the & generates it in statuses and the like tho no idea why!!

Seen Amp in a profile before and wondered what it meant as I'd never heard of anything sexually related to the abbreviation.

should never copy & paste directly from a formatted document like such as Microsoft word as it has its own formatting style and isn’t compatible with the HTML of the web document.

Copy into notepad or wordpad to remove formatting first
