We ask because we ve been chatting to a couple on here with a view to meeting but they won't meet till we chat on skype .As we thought it is a means to cam which we re not comfortable with because we re rarely at home together and if we are we re getting ready to meet or go to chams tbh |

Skype is a fairly decent 'check' for authenticity - especially if the other party just wants to chat/see you face-to-face.
Some do time-waste by only Skype-ing as opposed to meeting (although that's fine, ifyou make that clear) - but at least from my point of view... it's so I can see who I'm messaging is real!
Totally understand that some people prefer their privacy, however... |
