Having the right label
Jump to: Newest in thread
A friend of mine is making the most of an opportunity to play with a much wider variety of so called ‘straight’ guys by utilizing females as ‘straight-bait’… oh the wonders of telling the bi-shy boys he can possibly get some pussy to turn up. The doors to the fresh meat of the sexually curious boys (or ‘who cares it’s a blow-job’) have been flung wide open.
It would appear meeting a gay male is far too intimidating for the guys who are not yet fully comfortable with male on male contact, but since he has changed his profile to ‘bi-curious’ the offers have been flooding in. The down side is he keeps getting offers from couples and it is the wifeys who trying to seal the deal… I am sure the thought of doing a woman still makes the hairs on the back of his neck stand on end, just by looking at the expression on his face when he talks about it, but he is amazed how many women are offering him their hubbies.
Even though touching a woman’s body does nothing for him directly, he is willing to dabble with a few things to get the reaction from the guy… he loves watching the guy’s face.
Now before anyone starts screaming that he is just using women, the women he’s done this with apparently know the score and are happy to play straight-bait for him. They get to watch guy-on-guy, he gets a whole new world of men to suck and the ‘straight’ guy gets a 3some and plenty of cock sucking… everyone’s a winner!
But it does make me wonder why there has to be this charade of having the right label when the end result is exactly the same…. a guy sucking another guy’s cock.

hmm fair play to him , iv no complaints , i think it might be the fact the "straight" guys want to keep it that way maybe in their head anyway , as if they meet a gay guy does that make them gay ? i dont know maybe a matcho thing really , as above iv no problem with gay bi tv whatever floats your bnoat but for me i wouldnt say im intimidated by gay men , its just they do nothing for me and a blow job is not just a blow job to me . |

If the scenario had been the other way round, ie straight bait male to get to meet me (straight female) and the woman started playing with me I'd stop everything and walk out the door. If they are arranging to meet other guys that state they are bi sexual, then fair do's, as they have shown an interest in that idea, but otherwise I think it's a bit of a liberty and deception is not a game I like to play. |

I would have no problem with this situation. I consider myself bi curious.
Being Bi curious does not mean you will ravage the same sex person no matter if you are a man or a woman. It simply means you have an additional fascet to your sex life.
As long as the pesons involved were open about it then crack on. If the fact that he was using the lady to snare the guys wasn't made clear then that's not on. If there was no female action then I wouldn't play. |

"Sorry - I am not sure where underhanded comes into it? The guy is perfectly clear about who his primary attention is on (the other guy)."
Your friend is aware of his attention to get guys....but the guys he contacted were they aware that your friend is actually looking for some gay fun with him?....
I think that's what they mean....cause from the sound of it...your friend contacted guys with the suggestion of a "MFM" but with conditions/offers for these guys to play bi/gay with him...or ends up being "MMF" |

Let me reiterate.
I have a male friend who sits at the opposite end of the sexuality scale to heterosexual and he is very open and clear about that.
He has female friends who understand his sexuality and are happy to be involved in his quest to meet guys…. i.e they are happy for him to tell guys “I have a female friend who will/can join us” … and of course happy to turn up and take part in sexual activities with the guys he hooks up with (he usually has great taste in guys). This was also the case when he wore the ‘label’ of gay male.
Though some may find the term ‘straight bait’ a little crude, it is actually more a tongue in cheek dig at the guys proclaiming to be ‘straight’ yet contacting people (bi-males) regarding activities far from those stated in the “This makes you hetro rule book”. I often call his approach of telling guys he has female friends ‘baiting the hook with pussy’, he calls it ‘optimising potential’…. but as the saying goes “You can put lipstick on a pig…..”
However, since changing his ‘label’ to ‘bi-curious’… which is accurate, as he is curious about what extent women can be involved in the activities as a whole and just how far he might be able to push himself if needs must (so it would certainly be more misleading to say he was bi-sexual), he has found a whole new world of willing males volunteering their cock for a male sucking.
The difference between now and before?... his ‘label’.
As for whether this would happen the other way around if genders were reversed… that’s been one of the amazing things… the amount of women from couples who are now interested in him (now they seem to think they might get a shag with him out of it) and are offering their hubbies curiosity (or more to the point – cock) as bait.
I just find the who thing so funny.

So he's gay, although is happy to soft play with females, but doesn't feel attracted to females nor gets much pleasure from it, but will nethertheless if it gets him male-male action? hence the bi-curious.
It's a better label than a big majority of the straight guys on here who are happy to play with another male if theres a female involved, but tend to keep the straight label.
Whats your thoughts? we think the label is quite fitting under the circumstances. |

Is it possible that some people (in the thread) are confusing "the friend's" bi-curiosity as being towards other men, when in fact his curiosity is toward women ?

To be honest...labels are really a hard thing to put on by others...so people should label themselves how they want it...I mean for all we knows the guys wouldn't play with your friend if he was only a bisexual guy but they are willing to cross their boundaries to get some action...
Your friend on the other hand is probably appropriate to label himself bi-curious...seeing as to how he is gay but play soft with women...but it may gives a different understanding to some as they may think that he is straight but play soft with men....just like how people always assume only male to female TV/TS exist...:D |

To clarify, as this is the first time I’ve seen this thread and the expression ‘utilizing females as straight-bait’ kinda made me go a bit cold, thank for very much Polo!
This was about how people respond to labels as opposed to how I 'bag' straight men - the simple fact is, if they are playing with any bloke, they ain't straight.
There is no deceit and nothing 'underhanded' going on and I don't 'pretend' to have female pals - I do, really have several and very sexy ones at that – some of them are on my profile and/or have verified me or are 'friends'. There's nothing 'cloak and dagger' about any of this.
My profile is pretty open and up front about where I'm coming from and what I'm after. As somebody has already said here, far more so than many of the 'straight' guys on here who are looking for cock but won't put it in case their mates/wife/girlfriend sees it.. he he!
What has surprised me and what triggered the conversation(s) was how much more receptive 'straight' guys are to man play now I've changed my label to 'bi-curious' and play in mmf or mmm or mmmff scenarios. I guess it makes them feel less 'gay' which in their head is more comfortable (again, somebody has hinted as this already on the thread).
NB: I didn't change my 'label' it to lure anyone, anywhere before some might think that. I changed it as I thought it was a more accurate description of where I am right now.. 'bi-curious' but I guess from the opposite end of the scale to many of the 'straight' guys on here who fancy a bit of sausage now and then.
I'm not 'bi' I don't think as I won't meet females 1-2-1 and don't want to (except maybe for shopping trips! lol). I will only play with females when there's a sexy bloke involved (again, think 'opposite' of a lot of 'straight' blokes on here... again!
However, not wanting to do an injustice or bring concern to any of the females I play with on here and elsewhere, I find the whole scenario sexy and you are part of it. Even moreso than m/m fun right now, if I'm honest. There's a look on a 'straight' man's face as he fucks women that you just don't get 'elsewhere'. Oh, and we ALL play, albeit what I am comfortable with doing with females right now is limited.. although that's changing... this isn't some clinical situation where the females sit in the corner and flick their pea!
Anyways, enough said, ‘I'm loving it’ right now (as they say at McDonalds!), 'should have done it years ago mate' (as one 'straight' bloke said to me as I swallowed his cock the other night!). The whole situations is just well... very, very sexy and isn't that what this is all about?
Happy swinging and change yer ‘label’ now and then – it’s a bit nice! x
Disclaimer & release clause: I am quite capable of 'bagging' very sexy gay/bi/’straight’ blokes without the need for female 'bait' and have introduced a few to my female pals much to their delight but hey, if you're offering...
PS: And can I have a large portion of fries with that please? I can!?... Brilliant!! |

I've met one or two couples where the male was bi, but always been clear "nothing happens between us". One couple respected this and am friends with till today - the other couple, well, he "got carried away" and tried to take my "bit" from his missus to have a nibble on.
You have no idea how fast that can make me lose an erection - never went there again.
If people are honest on their profiles or in their emails then that's a different deal - at least I get the opportunity to say "thanks but no thanks". I hate to recall the number of times I heard of a straight guy being propositioned by a bi/gay guy "claiming" to have a female, only for the female to not turn up at said arrangement and said bi/gay guy hoping things can "proceed without her". Grrr |

Me too... which is actually hilarious as they clearly haven't read my profile and have presumed I'm some straight bloke that wants a quick blow while his 'mrs' is out.
The funny thing is, if he'd have asked directly I might have considered but dishonesty is an instant turn-off for me. I can spot a gay bloke at 200 paces, bi ones I find more difficult.
Like you say, it's all about respect and honesty |

Sadly not everyone is honest... if they were there would be a whole lot less 'straight' guy profiles lol
For as long as I have been on the scene I have followed my own set of 3 simples rules:
1 - Be honest with your self about what you want.
2 - Be honest with those you seek to meet about what you want.
3 - Never do anything you don't really want to just to keep someone else happy.
I wouldn't be happy to call someone a close friend if I thought they were doing anything different. |

I have looked at what has been said on here with regard to the rationale of why it works for straight guys .
In the other recent lengthy thread on bisexuality it clearly indicated the terminology used in same sex play, meant different things to different people ie there was no clear definition of the exisiting terminology of bicurious and bisexual,it seems guys can in fact rationalise and accept biplay as an extention to straight play.
This is perhaps why the straight fem works as a lure in the MMF scenario,it would allow the "straight" male to keep his foot firmly anchored in the straight camp however he appears to rationalise the cock play as "openmindedness and as willing to experiment" which is why some people always remain curious or even straight.
It is in my opinion, denial and convenient duplicity to offset the stigma and petty victorian morals which still infest and pervade our society.
In the fog of human sexuality the flag of convenience you cling to surely is irrelvant, at the end of the day it is only your actions what count.
So if your a male call yourself what you want ...but suck and be sucked without guilt or self-induced repression,as even your desire to do so is bisexuality but ....shhhhhhhhhhhhh its a secret ...
just my tuppence worth

My experience, 'single' blokes will say anything to have a meet. Guess it due to a no sex in their lives. Those types should be classed as players*.
I can't believe there are so many 'single' blokes out there.
Do have to laugh at the whole thing, pussy bait, lol

"Have i misunderstood this? He's pretending to have a female to try and find bi curious guys?"
Most just say this to increase their chance of a meet and play. Hence they are not interested in a gay man, but mention that a woman will be there too and her, it's a green for go, lol |
