To be honest if you practice safe sex it's a bit of a pointless exercise.

I don't agree that A to M is the same ad rimming. If the person is freshly showered then there is less bacteria and fecal matter, your tongue doesn't go deep into the ass so wouldn't come I to contact with any either.
