If you're new to anal, I'd recommend practicing on your own a little before committing to full sex.
Get used to douching for cleanliness and comfort, and start off with either a well lubricated finger or a very small toy when masturbating, get used to the feeling of having something enter your anus, and how long it takes you to relax (you it feels very tight upon first entering, but you'll also feel it start to loosen up after a little while).
