Just found out the wife is pregnant with our first....she is about 3 months gone...and we have lost loads of friends on here..and some have even blocked us?

not really no...but then reporting our profile to admin is...so we shall not be on here for much longer due to some small minded arse taking umbridge....
how do you think it makes the female feel...watching as the friends list goes down..some we have know for 7 years...because we are looking forward to our first born....?
Admin have asked us to wipe the comments etc on this posting or have our profile wiped out...anybody remember George Orwell..welcome to Fab !....

the people involved blocked us before any action could be taken....
the lady is my wife and i would support her through thick and thin ...but this has opened our eyes after years of being on the scene...maybe time to retire gracefully into the mist lol

What I would say is that people use the friends function for different reasons.
Some use it as a fuck list. If they ain't interested in pregnant swinging, then they may have thought it's going to be 12 months so we will take them off and not pester them again, till a later date.
I never know who is on or off our list as it's people we are happy to chat too, like the look of, would like to meet etc.
But no idea when people take us off. |

no that isnt shallow at all.....and thank you.
What i meant by shallow....is people find that you are pregnant...wife not me...
and then remove you so as there is no further contact...as if they dont want to be seen by a woman with a bump...we even had a message to say we didnt fit in with their circle of friends..all of whom have no children ?
Ah look ...its late im tired...and grumpy...if they want to wipe the profile then i dont have a problem with it..  |

The only part I never understood is why people would un-friend and block people for something like this though - Seems a little odd.
Taking the moral high ground after swinging in the first place seems somewhat counter productive if you ask me. lol |

I am only friends with those I wish to meet/play with etc and I could never play with a pregnant lady just my personal opinion but maybe they are of the same mind, being that said I would not have blocked that does seem a little excessive

erm.. I think you need to look up the word friends ! If we are talking about swing folks that have met and are in touch via fab . I'd say that would be shallow if they cut loose now. If it's just someone who has clicked a mouse . .that's not a friend. Congrats to you both . . It's the biggest adventure you'll ever have. Oh and be prepared to feel love like you never thought possible. . It's epic ! |
