How many profiles do you email a day?.

Usually mail people that we've exchanged banter with in the forum. Get a better idea of the person/s.
We rarely search people out to mail unless we're looking at the meet today section. |

Well seeing as 99% of profiles say "Single blokes, we will find you" it's a bit pointless sending messages out. In the past, I have spent hours writing nice messages, only to see "Unread - Deleted", so I hardly send any messages out these days. |

It really does vary, I have a few good friends who I speak with on a daily basis and its rare for me to send out an email to someone I might be trying to meet. Normally I find the best contact is via the forum threads and the banter you can have here might lead to private messages being sent. |

I normally send out @ 5 a week (0.714 a day) of which (over a fortnight) I @ 3 replies (0.218 a day) and of that tiny amount I only have a 33% success rate (0.071 messages a day). That said, those very few that have taken oppertunity to get to know me have become friends and we've had a lot of fun together
So stick with it because it's worth it just to find those very special few!  |

I use clubs, socials and private parties to meet new friends. With Fab we just keep in touch after.
I don't remember the last time when successful meet (as a single) was initiated here...  |

I message forum people mostly. I had a brief phase of using the site 'properly' and messaging for meets etc, which was moderately successful, but I think I'm pretty much in communication with everyone I want to be who is local via other mediums. |

I haven't sent messages to new people for months. I wait for them to message me and then respond. It requires patience but it seems to work for me. Creating the pull is the challenge  |
