ive just spent the weekend at a couples house with my partner both nights nothing happenned till gone midnight and then the only person i had any sexual contact with was my partner, she had a little more but no full sex.
it was a great weekend! i would be mor ethn happy to go there again and spend the weekend
swinging is about more than sex with strangers! |

Some people like to play straight away some like ourselves like to get to know others before we play,sorry but just because a man is there and we are at a swing party does not give him a right to get into my knickers straight away |

thats answered my question thanks everybody i may be a little miss understood by my posting wasnt saying why doesnt the action kick off instantly just wondering why everyone so reluctant to be first? |

that is honestly what I'd be thinking about that........
and as the others have said, it is more than just about the playing, I love to socialise before I do anything... at least get to know people a bit......
the same things tend to happen in clubs to an extent... you don't just go and play straight away, so why is this any different? |

Yep thats right,i start playing when i want to,not because its wasting time or because someone thinks as soon as you get through the door then everyone should be playing...
OP if and a big if you get invited to another party people go at their own pace!

Blimey the guy only asked a question about the reluctance of people to start the play at parties
I did'nt see it as a moan at all
Im sure everyone has wondered why when they did finally start to play with someone they had'nt done it earlier in the evening

If I am hosting a party, I sometimes want to go and do some sexy stuff but as host I am also trying to make sure everyone has what they want drink and food wise so me playing often tends to only happen much later.
We are all different and if the party was with a load of people that know each other well then maybe thongs would happen faster but still I want to socialise first for a good amount of time. |

good question i went along with a very very nervous 1st timer and as a single guy didnt think i had right 2 dive on any of the other gotta say this gorgeous girls there and knew that my f/b was way to nervous for me and her to start |

I attended the party with Colin and have to say you guys have got him wrong. He wasn't in a rush at all. He is one of the more considerate people on this site in my opinion.
Think he worded it a bit wrong but the hole has been dug now.....Ooops!!

We only attend one couples party's nowadays and it is organised really well. Most play takes place downstairs in a large lounge, sometimes spreads into the adjoining dining room!
Main thing is guests are told that no play will happen before 10-30, time before that is for getting to know everyone.
At 10-30 any chairs that have been moved around are carried into the dining room and the lounge floor covered in lots of duvets. That gives the lounge chairs and sofa's and all the play for use.
Then its down to the guests, they can continue socialising in the dining room or outside in this weather. Or start playing in the lounge. It doesn't take long to get most people involved. |

It's OK Colin, we knew what you meant!
We have never been able to understand why swinging has to start so late in the evening. Looking at some cams on another site (yes there are one or two out there lol) it never ceases to amaze us how many people sit on cam just chatting in the room while their guests look on!
By the time things start up, we are knackered with all the waiting! I think we can gauge people pretty well in an hour, but it is difficult to change the culture of "this is naughty so we do it under cover of night". That is why we love meeting our playmates in the afternoon if possible, chatting and having a meal and then starting slow and sensous.. |

Having a meet is not just arriving on the doorstep! All the normal stuff for the day has to be done and then the getting ready and travelling. If we arrive at 8pm and don't play till 12, that is another four hours! All the "bits" are not so fresh and just sitting around, usually drinking is draining if you are nervous...
Funny thing is that it happens even if all parties are already friends! Actually, one of our favourite couples were very good, playtime started early and lasted till we all dropped. Pity we only mates now.... |
