"the problem i find with rope is that as i was never a scout so my knots are not that grate and so time they can slip a hand out "
I have very flexible wrists and finger joint so handcuff are easy to get out of.
But rope is much harder to escape |

for me its best to use thin but strong ropes for wrists but for the rest of the body anything a bit rough on the skin is always fun.
uh uh I can still get out of them |

"really ? ive got police cuff so the more the hand struggle the tighter they get, but want type of rope do you use ?
" soft cotton rope can be nice as can silk rope from sex shops we use jute rope which is quite rough and needs to be treated first |

Err police cuffs are specifically designed not to do that. The whole health safety thing of mutilating your prisoner etc
Rope is good be careful you do not use a knot that tightens under force though as you could cut the blood off and cause nerve damage.
Google French bow line with 3 loops it is very sturdy, very comfy to fight against due to large area and will not tighten.
You will need a lot of rope though. |

Padded Velcro straps are very good I'd your a novice very safe very secure and very comfy.
Invest in a climbing knife though or just keep a sharp blade near by you always need to be able to remove the restraints (especially if they're rope) as quickly as possible if something goes wrong |

Only ever with someone you completely trust!! Leather cuffs. Lovely and soft.
Once your in them though as a woman you feel quite vulnerable. So guys, never do anything dodgy, just to tease!
Metal handcuffs are cold and hard, tie wraps hurt and cut. It's leather cuffs for me! |

"Rope or leather shackles.
Never been a fan of handcuffs. - I don't like the cold, clanky feel of them and they usually hurt to fight against.
- Amy. x"
Haha I still have the scars on my wrists from metal handcuffs.
Once from playing with an ex with a pair of the cheapo metal sex toy ones and she scratched my face (royally hate that) and I snapped them then in my infinite wisdom instead do undoing the unmapped cuff ripped rhat one off too so scared both wrists lol.
Second from the police and having the cuffs put on in front of me and improperly so that they could skin instead do being tightened so they can't rotate around the wrist.
Was sat in the hospital bed merrily spinning my hands ( like doing the maccarina with you wrists cuffs) on so many painkillers did not realise just how bad the friction burns were getting the blisters were horrible the next day.
Leather is awesome though. And speaking of leather restraints has cupids got round to fixing the broken wrist strap on thier Saint Andrews cross yet? |

Love this post..just a suggestion but youmay want to seek out some bdsm groups hold bondage demo's..shabari techneques, rigging, down to simple breast body rope bondage. Personally l have no patience lol and go for the hogtie leathet restraints you can buy of toy sites..cuffs with steel leg and arms spreader bars are great. |

"Mmm so much can be achieved with a very long piece of soft stretchy white rope, the sound and feel of it makes me melt "
Hmm crimson sheets and black rope or black sheets and crimson rope.
I'm going to need a series of volunteers for an experiment |

Never in a million years, Police cuffs are actually the easiest to get out of because they are designed not to tighten and have a rigid link, Theres a very simple trick. |

Bolted cuffs are rather nice as they are so solid with so little movement. |

I have only had rope used on me a couple of times but loved the feel of it.
Like leather cuffs but prefer metal ones as I feel far more restricted and like the digging in and clanking noise. |

Up on them there hills |
Depends on if they are being retrained to anything, French polishers are so expensive these days...
However, I have noticed that metal clamps do appear to be more effective if stored in the freezer for awhile. |

Leather Cuffs are our restraint of choice but therese plenty of room for metal and rope in our repertoire too!
Bondage tape and cling film are great to play with too.

My hands can quite suddenly become smaller than my wrists meaning that cuffs are easily escaped |
