I tell you what you'll do. Leave your profile pics the way it is and change the others to clearer pics of your face. Include your name and address in your profile, then send her an email saying who you are.

That should sort your problem out.

Oh, and the next time you find yourself in a house on fire, get your phone out and ask us what you should do.
