yep ,,, try sainsburys car park , near the bottle bank ,,, nice mix of pensioners and semi-retired folks around ,, best time is about 9.30 on thursdays

Unfortunately the only dogging that happens in West Lothian is the pre-arranged variety, you could always head east though.
