I agree with everyone. Someone asked me about it at the weekend. I said no way. If he had done anything to delete and not mention again. He said he thought his wife would be ok with it. I said no way. That is why i put it on here to show him he was wrong to think that. I do not know if he has or not done anything like it. But i have already told him its a no no. Thanks for proving me right. |

Unless you discussed it before and at some point he was going to film you and that turned you both on.
As for watching back, I don't know about the other ladies, but I'm a perfectionist and would critique my performance to much to enjoy watching! |

I have no idea but if it is a lot of CCTV cameras are operating outside of the law.
I suppose if you were filmed without your knowledge in this situation (or indeed with your knowledge) and the person then used it to blackmail or coerce you somehow the law would take a dim view. |

Cctv cameras are not allowed to be pointed into private property. You can be filmed in public by official public Cctv but if you're having sex in their view obviously you're breaking the law.
Interestingly private Cctv such as home security cannot be pointed in a way that it records public space or others private space. There's a bit of leeway ie if a bit of pavement is in that's usualy ok but it's to stop people say point g them at a park and filming that while calling it a security camera |

Have done a little research and it's not illegal to film - pretty much anywhere, anytime, anyone.
There are things that may subsequently be illegal related to what was filmed, whether it's published, how it's used etc.
But the filming part is not illegal.
As for whether I'd like it... No. |

I would assume its the responsibility of the person uploading the pics as the rules say 'so long as you have their permission to upload to your account'.
If someone hasnt given permission for their pics to be uploaded I guess Admin would deal with it when they are informed that the one uploading the pics didnt have their permission.

Clearly the admins aren't as ontop of this as they state. I've had several guys message me with faces of chicks on their dicks as profile pics. When i've asked if they have permission from the girl they promptly remove it. All you have to do is look at your timeline and you'll see loads of them. It's just another red flag for me to block someone as they clearly have no respect for the women they sleep with. |

Copyright of a video is the one that made it and no law is broken if its made on your own premises and being filmed having sex is your word against theirs and it would cost a fortune suing someone in court remember there is a ton of amature porn available online and some looks like its been from a static cam and sadly if you was filmed chances are you might not even find it but someone you know might , I've seen sex sites actually wanting photos and videos of wife gfs sharing and loads do , disgraceful if its done without the other persons permission but its in high demand its a risk we all take when trusting a partner or playmate |
