So if you can't get a meet it must be because other couples aren'tmeeting anymore, rather than there may be something about your profile that is ppossibly off putting?

You've a right to be angry Op. Complain to the ASA, false advertising is what it is! If a couple says they're looking to meet, but then don't then that's a flagrant breach of the code of conduct and they should receive a sharply worded letter from a solicitor.
