I am in my late 50's (M), have lost weight, go to the gym and have better muscles than I did 30 + years ago. We started swinging in April of this year and I have never felt better. In your 50's age is just a number. It is the "biological age" that matters.

I prefer the 45 to 55 age group. I don't want to teach anyone. I want someone who knows what they are doing. I find these guys a lot more considerate.

Yes age is nothing but a number but In my opinion it is more important that someone is in a similar stage of life to be relatable. Many times experiance and life lessons come with age. Of course some people experience and learn sooner than others but I do think age is a good general guide. There are always exceptions though.

We do have age limits set but they are flexible for the right person. I have seen many men and women here in their 50s whom I find very attractive physically and mentally and would love to meet.

I'm definitely with you on this. The two special men I meet are both over 50 and have amazing staying power and certainly know oh to rev this girl up... Added to that something between their ears as well as their legs and I'm in a win win situation..

In defence of my own activities on here, over the years I didn't have a great sex life due to various reasons.

Now I have joined the site I have met some wonderful ladies and we keep in regular touch / meet ups etc.

I'm having my suppressed desires let loose and wish I had been more liberated years ago. Knowing now what I have missed all those years!!!

I also agree with age comes maturity, confidence, respect, and certainly in my case stamina.

I don't disappoint it would seem in those areas,

Being in this age group. Most ladies exclude anything over 40. Couples might give you a chance.

For me. I attend fitness classes at least one a day. Even Zumba and Bokwa classes.

When given the opertunity always satisfy the lady first.

Age is a number. What inside and how you act is more important.

Being over 50 women see me as the safe one at parties so I get chatting to most of them, I go by the philosophy if you can make a women laugh then 8 out of 10 times you'll end up having fun with them.

Rather than be a Jack the lad eager to get as many notches on his bed post I find it better to play the long game & get to know them first, if I don't play with them on the first/second meet I know I will eventually...

I'm in my 50s and consider myself to be fit as I am a sportsman.

I'm not the best looking bloke in the world but my meets are very few and far between.

Would love a few more meets but I think the 50 milestone puts the ladies off.

For me its not about age... its attraction and a mental connection.

My age range is quite wide, and I've been with guys 10 years younger, and about 25 years older.

Now I'm in my late 30s, my age range goes up to 60. If I saw someone older than that who appealed to me then I would happily message them.

First time i ever played in the club (Chameleons, after about 4 visits i might add) was a fab experience. When we'd finished the guy apologised about his age. Turns out he was 65, so only 19 years older than me....

I like older guys, it's a taste i'm developing and improving on as often as i can. I'd rather older than younger

Either you are attracted to someone or you're not, age doesn't come into it.

I had a big phobia about getting to 50 but 2 years later at 52 I am still having regular meets so life went on as normal.

It deepends on your outlook to life and how you present yourself to how well you do here on Fab whatever age you might be...
