I'm on the Island most weeks with work if anyone fancies jumping in the car. Might even join you for an hour or two in the beach.

Not sure what rule you think is preventing you from naming a public beach

The beach in question is "rocken end" near black gang although it is accepted as a naturist beach it isn't officially
