I find it hard to appear sexii being fat.... I'm so self conscious about myself and dieting and excercising helps me a lot and I applaud big women who see themselves sexii I wish I had your confidence, I think I'm just so shy x x x |

Confidence is in the mind. Accept what you have and remember not everyone will find you sexy but many will. And don't hide yourself show us what you have and see how much encouragement you get . |

I love this statement I'm trying so hard to change it...... Just it's so easy to out on weight but so hard to take it off..... Hopefully by Christmas I will be close to where I want to be x x x x x thank you x x x x |
