I read a thread on prolapse not long ago. Can excessive anal cause this as me an a play mate have regular anal but now after we both seen this it's kinda put us off. Lol yuk I know but any one ever had this happen or is it a myth. |

I know theres anal and vaginal prolapse but dont know what theyre caused by..ive seen some woman on a porn site with bad prolapses and looks like her insides r gonna drop out of both ends! |

Deffo true. Your bumhole is a muscle that is designed to stretch a little (think big turds). If you continually stretch it then it will lose its elasticity. I have heard rumours/urban myths that particulary in gay circles some guys have to pop a tampon up the bum to counter the excess wear and tear. |

There are some gross anal prolapse movie clips out there. One I have recurring nightmares about involves a woman who's prolapsed anus was protruding so much she literally was tucking it back up. |

You don't have to use a tampon if you don't want to. You can always use a bath plug, with or without a chain. Alternatively, for 'heavy' anal usage, a compact, automatic umbrella, once inserted and triggered, provdes a handy stopper for the most cavernous slack pooper. |
