It does hurt if it's pulled hard. Endorphins and heavy breathing help, like being in labour. You feel the pain but you cope with it. I had a 9lb4 baby with no painkillers. Just breathing and my natural endorphins |

"Why do some women like getting their hair pulled and not feel the pain/hurt during sex?"
Because its passionate and frantic in the heat of the moment when lust has taken over |

"Some parts of the scalp are more sensitive than others. Also, if you grab the hair at the top it hurts less than if you pull it from the ends."
The stray strands at the sides pinch. I have long hair they can wind into their fist and pull hard |
