yes it is but why would you want to appear in a way that isn't true to your nature?
I can understand that if you're in a foul mood you might want to conceal that and I tend to try and keep my weirdness under wraps for as long as possible but generally I try and present a pretty accurate picture of myself as a first impression minus the massive flaws of course  |

I think that mostly people want to be liked and that nearly everyone has something in their past that makes them behave in a way that seems odd to other people. |

You're bang on, you gotta be true to yourself, no matter what but modern life dictates many people are so quick to judge (and often wrongly) to make a sacrificial lamb for their own self esteem at times .. that is I guess what makes people pre-empt their persona .. don't you think? |

I have found all my life that people have been quick to judge and I now realise that they will have formed an opinion of me based on my clothes, hair etc before even speaking to me. We all do it of course |
