I am assuming you have done a local area search and haven't found anyone of interest ?
What you are looking for is not impossible but not the norm (for fab) either, so I am guessing you will have to put way more effort into your search, your socials and how you meet.
The danger of course, is you will get guys telling you what you want to hear to le their way in and vamoosh, gone, never to be heard of again.
I note your comments about married men. I think if someone is being disingenuous with his wife with 1 person, he will do it with others and after all, you only have 'control' over his actions whilst he is with you. So watch your step with that 1 too. A married man is just as likely to spin you a yarn as a single one.
Have you considered guys who get to the area regularly on business ? Guys who travel through the area / have relatives locally etc.
I would also say don't take out a whole demographic based on the actions of 1 guy. Twunt is not age specific.
Unless of course your wifes ideal partner is indeed younger.
