I just text to upgrade site supporter pass and my network won't allow it as the return message from fab says my network is showing me as being under 18. I can pay by debit card but only option is £10 for 70 days on gold which I was going to do. Anyone know why my network may have changed as I upgraded by text from that phone last time? And I'm assuming debit card payment is different upgrade because it's paid by card. Thanks guys  |

For some reason they have started blocking for an age verification thing.
Get in touch with Orange and check it has you as over 18 and try again....any problems after that use the CONTACT button to ask Admin for help  |

I don't have a number for customer services and can't use android phone to pay as oh sees the bills. Guess it's debit card or let site supporter end. |

The Giffgaff issue is definitely a turn the phone on and off job, it's a common fault. |

I just want to say thank you everyone for their help and advice. I tried the phone text again today and weirdly, I dont know why, but it worked. I did turn my phone off all night, but then I did that yesterday. So, im all upgraded now lol.  |
