I dont get it either myself but just respect that people are into weird kinks that I'm not.
Since joining here and paying attention to forums ive seen threads on guys wanting to pee inside a woman, guys wanting to pee on women and vice versa, guys wanting to smell womens used underwear, and the list goes on.
whilst I'll never understand why this turns people on as it does the opposite for me but respect that everyone is different and enjoy things that I dont.
