Depends on the people involved I guess, I'm quite flexible so can meet whenever although I do the thought of taking a day off from the daily grind to have a good sesh

On working days it would have to be a after 6pm for and local to me

But i would drive up to 1 hour at the weekend or more if i was staying in a hotel

I prefer to meet weekends, although it can be difficult for some guys as they have their children then. I find it hard to meet in the week as I have to be in bed for 10pm at the latest, however if I can find a close friend week nights might work too
