Just bought a new anal douche, the small bulb type one. Just wondering how long in advance of having sex that most people use them; and does anyone use just warm water or any additives, eg shower gel? |

Personally I prefer a shower attachment, as I find bulb douches don't provide sufficient volume of water to give a thorough clean.
I never use anything more elaborate than warm water, and find that once sufficiently 'flushed', a small toy does a good job of freeing any excess water that you were unable to push out. Practice douching on its own sometime (ie don't use it purely when you're intending on performing anal), and you'll soon find the best way to clean yourself most thoroughly x |

I just use warm water, but would defo give it a try before you arrange any meets. I took stomach cramps the first time, but am fine now and tend to use an hour before  |

I use the shower or at the monent one of them ones you buy that fits on a tap. I tend to douche daily as well .
My bum is my sexual organ so needs to be clean although there have been accidents in the past which is very embarrasing. |

Good anal requires thorough hygiene, but can be incredibly sensual and enjoyable with practice. |
