I'm in good shape..
however no rippling six pack, lot of guys looking very buff on here..I just think I'd rather age gracefully and softly than maintain a six pack..is the 'hidden' six pack still desirable or should I keep sweating and drop the cake |

"I wasn't asking for myself really or looking to feed the ego..just an opinion on whether a little timber is acceptable.."
I think I would feel intimidated if I was with a buff guy, as middle aged spread is visiting here. However I am trying to do something about it at the gym and whether I look it or not, I am apparently fit for my age . |

Last thing I'm going to do is age gracefully xx maintaining a trim athletic physique is not difficult can't think of a reason not to continue putting reasonable effort into living life well other than laziness xx |

"everyone likes different, so be yourself and bask in the attention from those who do like you rather than worrying about those who don't "
Very well put.
And OP, I'm not sure about growing old gracefully, I'm trying my best to grow old disgracefully! |

That had occurred then I thought about the para olympians . Absolutely certain ailments are debilitating all the more reason to continue living life looking after the body in a habitual way x |
